We process a variety of materials, including carbon steel, high-strength low-alloy steel, stainless steel, and aluminum tubing.
Deburring has a number of benefits. By removing surface imperfections such as bumps and sharp edges, it ensures safer handling while improving the tube quality. It also speeds up assembly by preventing alignment challenges, especially with tight tolerances, and improves overall surface quality for more effective coating adhesion and a cleaner finished appearance.
Yes. We work closely with customers to support production schedules, inventory strategies, and ongoing manufacturing requirements.
Yes. High-speed tube cutting, which uses saws, is designed for fast, efficient cut-to-length processing and high-volume production. It is ideal for projects with high quantities of straight cuts and for high wall thickness.
Laser tube cutting is used for precise, complex cuts, such as when holes, slots or notches are required, or for tight tolerances.
The most effective and commonly used lasers for steel tube laser cutting for OEM components are fiber lasers and CO₂ lasers. Traditional CO₂ lasers are ideal for cutting tubes with larger thicknesses, while fiber lasers are a newer technology and can cut much more quickly. Samuel ATG’s facilities feature one CO2 and four fiber lasers.
