Robotic Tube Welding
For high-volume or complex welds, our robotic welding systems guarantee the highest quality and repeatability. Using robotic mig equipment, we can reduce cycle times while ensuring consistency. Our facilities offer two dual-robot MIG welding cells and five single-robot MIG welding cells to support a range of project scopes.
Manual Mig and Tig Welding
With a history of dedicated craftsmanship, our expert welders can provide specialized support for custom needs, including prototype development and specialty projects. Manual welding can also be an effective solution for low-to-medium volume applications. With 25 manual MIG & TIG welding stations across our facilities, we have extensive capacity to support custom tubular fabrication.

We typically use manual welding for custom assemblies, lower-volume production runs and protoypes, and robotic welding for high-volume production programs requiring efficient, consistent repeatability and quality.

Do you offer specialized welding?

Yes! Our experienced welders can handle specialized welding using manual methods. We employ MIG (metal inert gas) welding for structural steel applications and production fabrication. We use TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding when specialty materials are needed, or when more precise finishing is important.
